Riverbed Technology -San Francisco

THE CHALLENGE
Provide project management services for Riverbed Technology’s 23,000 square feet interior build out in San Francisco while working closely with Real Estate Brokerage Firm NAIBT Commercial to evaluate real estate requirements.

THE SOLUTION
Compass provided high quality, comprehensive support and leadership skills to both firms which included:

1. Interviewing key Riverbed user group interviews to evaluate headcounts and business needs.
2. Analysis of Headcount growth and adjacencies allowing each group to be strategically placed for maximum workplace efficiency.
3.Development of conceptual budget and schedules for executive staff review and approval.
4. Negotiation support to NAIBT and Riverbed through review of lease construction language and work letter exhibits.

THE RESULT
The final Compass data allowed Riverbed to fully evaluate the financial impact and project cash outlays prior to lease execution, and helped further a successful relationship between NAIBT Commercial and Riverbed Technology.
