We begin the process by building a team of professionals that precisely meet your project specifications. Compass pre-qualifies architect, consultants and contractor firms, and reviews and recommends specialty consultants if required in areas such as structural, lighting, acoustical, audio visual, etc… Compass Solutions evaluates bid responses, scope and pricing, and leads and monitors all efforts of the project team.

Real Estate Programming
We support a client’s real estate and brokerage team in shaping their real estate growth strategies. Support includes:

• headcount growth/projections and support space documentation
• user group adjacencies and work flow efficiency determination
• information technology programming incl. mechanical and electrical needs analysis
• building test fit/space plan coordination
• conceptual budget/schedule development

Design Management
Once a client’s needs have been established, we guide and drive the design phase of the project. We lead a team of consultants, contractors and vendors in order to develop a complete set of construction documents incorporating a cost-effective and creative design

Pre-Construction
As the design progresses, Compass Solutions reviews plans, specifications and offer recommendations on a continuous basis during the course of their preparation. We review all subcontractor trade bids and general contractor schedules and recommend award.

Furniture/Fit Up and Move Management
At the end of a project, we recognize that fit up and employee relocation are what a client remembers most which is why we manage and motivate team members early on to successfully coordinate the project move.
