An intense, and thus challenging, fast track schedule was necessary as Google required occupancy in their first building on SGI’s former campus in just over six weeks. Rising to the challenge, Jason Schlutt provided the critical leadership necessary in order to coordinate General Contractor trades and Google’s fit up vendors. The 80,000 sf build out was up and running 24 hours a day for weeks to accomplish Google’s fast goals. Google now occupies millions of square feet in prominent Mountain View solidifying their position as a Silicon Valley giant.
