Tasked with an aggressive 18–month construction schedule during the peak of Silicon Valley’s building boom, Jason Schlutt was contracted to manage the development of Yahoo!’s corporate campus located in prestigious Moffet Park. The result was a three phase 1,200,000 sf office complex consisting of eight buildings housing 5,000+ employees, an executive training area, data center, full service cafeterias, fitness center and media studios. Distinctive site landscaping included volleyball and bocce ball courts. Yahoo! continues to make Sunnyvale their home as one of the most storied companies in Silicon Valley.

YAHOO! MEDIA HEADQUARTERS
Needing to cater to high profile talent in Southern California, Jason Schlutt was asked to lead the build out of 200,000 square feet of space for the new Yahoo! media center in trendy Santa Monica, CA. The result was an impressive Gensler designed office/media build out that consolidated multiple Yahoo! sites into a single office creating critical synergy with the company’s Sunnyvale headquarters. Key site elements include a Yahoo! techie atmosphere featuring a modern lobby, high-tech theatre, company store and comfortable conference areas.
