Our principals have extensive experience in the development and redevelopment of commercial and residential infill properties. Development projects are managed through our in-house construction management group.

Corporate Build-To-Suit Program
At Compass Solutions, our overriding objective is to fully understand the requirements of the user and to provide the appropriate solutions. We offer a corporate build-to-suit and development program to assist corporate tenants facilitate expansion, relocation or consolidation. Through this program, we can provide build-to suit services that include the acquisition, design coordination and construction management of corporate facilities.

Partnership, Joint Venture, and Real Estate Investment

We are regularly involved in analyzing deals and forming limited liability companies, real estate partnerships and joint ventures.  This includes advising clients regarding the structuring of real estate investments as well as providing land use and construction services.  We also act as participants in forming real estate investment partnerships and LLCs and seek out unique properties where we can utilize our expertise to increase the value of the property and provide excellent financial returns. 

Land Use Regulations

We have broad experience in land use and project permitting before local government entities, state agencies, and appeals boards. Our practice includes the preparation and processing of all local, state, and federal permit applications relating to land use and environmental regulation of development projects.  We help our clients to understand the rules and regulations that could impact future development, expansion of buildings, or specific allowable uses of land

Financing

Besides assisting clients with seeking financing, we have also been involved as Principals in real estate projects, and have actively obtained financing from many regional and national lending institutions.
